A French Farmhouse Style Bed For Our Bedroom and a Splash of Christmas

We got a new bed and it's French Farmhouse fabulous!

From the carved appliquéd bed ends, to ...

 

the scolloped bed rails.

 

To compliment our new bed I added my large DIY book page wreath above the bed, 

with my vintage rose hook plaques on either side.

 

With a few splashes of Christmas, including my DIY reindeer cushion...

 

a bauble filled cloche and mesh bell on hubby's side, and ...

 

a cute snow flocked tree and candles on my side.

 

And with our super thick 'like sleeping on a cloud' mattress on top, 

the bed is also lovely and high.
