My First Burlap Project - Simple Pot Plant Make Over

We have had this lily pot plant in our home for the last 3 years.  It has personal significance for both myself and my husband, and today I decided to give it a fresh make over. 

AND I got to make my first burlap project!!

It currently rests on my craft shelf near the window.  This is a before shot. The pot is an orange terracotta and the saucer is a glossy black colour.

I simply spray painted the saucer and hand painted the pot, both a gorgeous white.  Then tied a burlap bow around the pot!

What a difference!  The white makes the leaves look so green!

So quick and easy too. :)  Love it!
